What you can do right now is now is to inquire about your values. What do you honour most in life? Make a list of what is really important to you. Ask yourself: What is my vision, my map for where I am and where I am going? Does this vision reflect my true values and intentions? Do I practice my intentions? How am I now in my job, in my family in my relationships, with myself? How do I want to be? How might I live my vision, my values?

Life Coaching is more than just about changing your behaviour. We need to change our outside world by first changing our inner world. I can help you understand how the mind works and give you the tools and techniques to help you make improvements in your life and grow the good.

Modern Energy Tapping EFT

A round of tapping a day keeps the doctor away! Okay I made that up but I would like to think it's true. EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is often described as acupuncture without the needles. In EFT we tap on certain meridian points to improve the flow of energy and clear blockages. When the blockages are cleared, we start to feel differently, better, more energised.
